Flat Roof Repair on Commercial Building in Olinville, NY

When the owner of this commercial building noticed pooling on their flat roof they knew they had a problem, but they didn't know how bad it was. The business owner called SERVPRO of Yonkers South to come to assess the damage. When SERVPRO arrived, they informed the owner that the roof had started to rot and there was mold forming underneath the roof. This meant that the roof had to be replaced. SERVPRO got to work quickly demolishing and rebuilding the roof then moved onto the inside to re-sheetrock the ceiling inside of the building. The process was quick and painless for the owner and they were happy to have had called SERVPRO to get the job done.
