What Did We Do?

After confirming water to the affected sink was cut off, our crew worked to remove all the flooded water from the bathroom, soaking up and removing any materials too soaked to be salvaged. After the upstairs was ridden of the water, it was thoroughly dried out with our high-tech commercial dehumidifiers and drying units, before being treated with an anti-microbial agent to knock out any molds before they get the chance to colonize. This process was then repeated downstairs, with the affected first floor units being thoroughly dried and preventatively treated to keep molds at bay.
